It’s Wednesday and the middle of the week, how time is collapsing and it seems so much harder to fit in all our tasks……
One thing we can do is ask for time to be slowed so we can get some things on our written lists or head lists done ✅
Another way is fo a small meditation ♀️ visualising your list completed with ticks next to it as the subconscious loves ticks.
For some people you can start to feel over loaded or overwhelmed if you are not meeting your goals and this can lead to worry and stress.
Remember it’s okay to pull back re-access and make priority at which on your list requires being done ✅ first.
Writing it down helps to bring it into fruition much faster as well.
Doing a little something on your list each day adds to feeling accomplished yet you don’t have to get 10 things done a day, aim lower yet be consistent……
And most of all pat yourself on your back and appreciate all that you are doing.
Most of all put some just being time into your day where you sit and be kind to yourself……
Mine is right now with coffee ☕️ time and a cuddle with the dogs out in the garden walking around with the plants
